What is e-Aadhaar?
An e-Aadhaar is simply a digital, legally valid copy of your Aadhaar card. It’s issued and signed by the UIDAI to ensure it’s authentic. Since it contains sensitive info, it’s saved as a password-protected file so only you can access it.
Can I use an e-Aadhaar instead of the physical card?
